I was a little skeptical about the salad turnips, but was pleasantly surprised. They were much juicier than I would have expected for a turnip, and kind of refreshing! I sliced them up and put some into a salad, and ate the rest dipped in hummus (sounds weird, but it was actually pretty tasty).
