		<description>I have crohns disease - inflamitory bowel disease. Its really hard to know what is ok to eat nowdays. youd think fruit and veg would be the best option, but you hear news like this and you just cant be sure. I was told not to put plastic in the microwave or to eat with plastic knives and forks as well recently!</description>
